Norm Baillie-David, MBA, CAIP*

Norm is a pioneer in conducting highly interactive action planning and leadership development workshops online, having adapted successful techniques into the video-conference environment. Norm is also a recognized expert in employee engagement, organizational development, and strategic planning; and is a seasoned bilingual (English/French) online and in-person facilitator, with more than thirty years of experience across Canada and around the world.

Norm's passion is helping leaders and managers improve performance through a more engaging employee experience.

Norm has an MBA in Marketing and International Business from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Political Science (Honours) from Concordia. Norm is fluently bilingual (English/French), speaks fluent German as well as conversational Spanish.

David Ang, MBA, CAIP

David has been working in research, strategy and consulting for the past 25 years. Over the course of this time he has worked in and developed deep expertise in quantitative (surveys) and qualitative (i.e. executive interviewing, focus groups, workshops) research methodologies with a focus on consumer insights and employee engagement. His experience covers studies on usage and awareness (U&A), brand and ad tracking, customer journey, client opinion and satisfaction, segmentation, pricing, and public opinion. Specifically, David brings his extensive expertise in utilizing various data and informational sources such as surveys, stakeholder consultations and immersive workshops to help clients identify and understand the issues, and then to develop actionable solutions and plans.

Most recently, David has worked very closely with his client’s HR and executive teams to analyze, interpret and arrive at insights and action plans based on engagement and other employee research. One of David’s greatest strengths is his ability to distill a multitude of data and other relevant information into insights and recommendations that are impactful, easy to understand and respect the unique context of each individual client.

Our Mission

Our mission as Entegritē (pronounced “integrity”) is to help leaders and managers improve their effectiveness by improving the employee and customer experiences. We achieve this by guiding and helping leaders and managers move beyond surveys to having meaningful conversations, stimulating group discussions, and developing fact-based and innovative,employee-driven, action plans.

Entegritē Consulting is about the human side of the employee and customer experience.  We are of the firm belief that while technology is immensely useful in improving efficiencies and effectiveness in the workplace, the employee and customer experiences are, at their very core, human experiences.  What that means is that improving these experiences is, fundamentally, about human interaction and most of all conversation. While that can be challenging in the online environment brought on by the new normal, the online environment also provides opportunity to do things we couldn’t online. We turn dry data into impactful and meaningful stories. We facilitate conversations which lead to richer insight. We stimulate employee groups to develop innovative solutions that improve the effectiveness of their organizations, as well as their own work-life experience. We do this as effectively online as we do in person.
