Using insights gathered from your own employee surveys, Entegritē Consulting facilitates highly interactive workshops which bring employees, managers and leaders together to develop and evaluate a host of ideas. We then guide your group to evaluate those ideas and turn them into a workable and finite set of ready-to-implement initiatives; guaranteed to improve the employee experience and organizational performance. This workshop will produce between 50-100 different ideas, resulting in 8-10 concrete initiatives that include tasks, timelines, and roles and responsibilities.
