Our mission at Entegritē (pronounced “integrity”) is to help leaders and managers improve their effectiveness by improving the employee and customer experiences. We achieve this by helping leaders and managers move beyond surveys to having meaningful conversations, stimulating group discussions, and developing fact-based and innovative, employee-driven, action plans.

Entegritē Consulting is about the human side of the employee and customer experience.  We are of the firm belief that while technology is immensely useful in improving efficiencies and effectiveness in the workplace, the employee and customer experiences are, at their very core, human experiences.  What that means is that improving these experiences is, fundamentally, about human interaction and most of all conversation, whether that be in the online environment, or in-person. We turn dry data into impactful and meaningful stories. We facilitate conversations which lead to richer insight. We stimulate employee groups to develop innovative solutions that improve the effectiveness of their organizations, as well as their own work-life experience.

employee surveys: survey platform, design, interpretation and storytelling

The Entegritē partners have more than fifty years of combined experience designing, administering, analyzing, and presenting surveys to the most senior executives as well as to the most challenging audiences. Designing a survey that will reveal the insights you need is more than just any asking questions. Presenting complex survey data and turning it into compelling story of credible insights requires specific skills and experience. We have the experience to help you demystify the survey world, ask the right questions, and turn your data into a credible, actionable story.


IMPROVING MENTAL HEALTH IN THE WORKPLACE

Mental health, a.k.a. Psychological Health and Safety (PH&S), has taken on an immense importance over the last few years, especially given the global pandemic of 2020. Together with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, the Entegritē partners have developed a comprehensive survey questionnaire based on the thirteen psycho-social factors as outlined in the National Standard for psychological health and safety in the workplace, developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. We have also successfully facilitated employee workshops to develop action plans to improve PH&S in the workplace.


DIGICONNECT: INTERACTIVE FACILITATED ONLINE WORKSHOPS

Entegritē Consulting has brought the interactive workshop into the online environment. We leverage our skills in facilitation and group dynamics acquired over more than thirty years and combine them with the tools provided in the most up-to-date collaboration platforms, such as break-out rooms, online polling, chat and Q&A and collaborative whiteboards to ensure highly successful and stimulating online sessions. Our digi-Connect workshop suite includes action planning, train-the-trainer, and employee engagement for leaders.


LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Employee engagement depends on good leadership and management. Period. Of course, there are more factors involved, but leadership and management, when positively viewed by employees, is probably the single most important factor. The Entegritē partners have developed two specific workshops designed to help leaders recognize, understand, and most importantly, exhibit the behaviours necessary to engage their employees.

Using insights gathered from your own employee surveys, Entegritē Consulting facilitates workshops which bring employees, managers and leaders together to develop and evaluate a host of ideas. We then guide your group to evaluate those ideas and turn them into a workable and finite set of ready-to-implement initiatives; guaranteed to improve the employee experience and organizational performance.


“train-the-trainer” workshops

Often your HR team would rather conduct action planning or other workshops directly. We provide a customized, in-depth online train-the-trainer workshop designed to give your team the skills and tools to interpret complex survey data and statistics, as well as the facilitation skills (either online and/or in person) to ensure that your team will feel confident and well prepared to conduct any number of highly interactive workshops.
