To help our client-leaders improve employee engagement (and subsequently, performance) in their organizations, Entegritē has designed and successfully delivered a customized, highly interactive one-day workshop in which leaders and managers:
learn the true nature of employee engagement, and specifically, the difference between employee engagement and employee satisfaction;
understand which specific behaviours contribute to higher or lower employee engagement;
understand the philosophy of “servant leadership” and the importance of emotional intelligence, as well as how the application of these concepts leads directly to improved employee engagement and organizational performance;
reinforce key leadership and management skills including developing self-awareness, self-regulation in stressful situations, active listening, and giving constructive feedback (positive and negative).
